HVAC Service Technician

Provide maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including RTU's, chillers, boilers, VRF's and IAQ systems on a commercial scale. Pay Range- 30.00 to 40.00 per year #emech All offers are predicated upon successfully passing a drug test and background check. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify problems with heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial customers.
• Carefully examine the equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry or a minimum of 3 years providing maintenance and service on HVAC equipment.
• EPA certification
• On call availability
• Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.
