Manager Cardiovascular Services

The Manager of Cardiac Services is responsible for all aspects of Cardiac Services (Cath Lab, EKG, Echo, Cardiac Electrophysiology) including policies, procedures, studies and treatments with a cooperative working relationship with physicians, cardiac staff, Administration, and other key stakeholders of the cardiac program at the facility. Maintains a well-integrated system for results reporting and appropriate billing of associated procedures, overall responsibility of staff performance level in accordance with quality standards in state, local and federal requirements. Leads and promotes Service Excellence standards, with emphasis on excellent patient and staff experiences. Maintains proper safety programs, provides mentoring and works in an advisory role to all Cardiac Services throughout the facility. Benefits include: Tuition Reimbursement. Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred. Five (5) to Seven (7) years of clinical experience in Cardiac Services required.
