This full-time contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) offers you the chance to work closely with pediatric students, collaborating with teachers and families to promote student success. With a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you’ll be able to devote your expertise to helping students reach key milestones in their academic and social development.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid Ohio SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs are also encouraged to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in pediatrics
• Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluation, treatment, and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a pediatric population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Conduct both one-on-one and group therapy sessions in accordance with student IEPs
• Collaborate with teaching staff, administration, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes; participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide support and suggestions for classroom strategies and modifications
