Sr. Product Manager - Structural Heart, Downstream Marketing

Senior Product Manager for Structural Heart procedures at Medtronic, responsible for global TAVR marketing strategy, product positioning, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires strategic execution, field engagement, and collaboration across clinical, commercial, and regulatory functions.
Responsibilities
- Own TAVR procedure marketing strategy including launch planning, execution, and in-market optimization
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in clinical evidence and market insights
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams spanning sales, clinical, regulatory, R&D, and supply chain
- Partner with U.S. and global field teams through frequent in-person engagement to inform strategy and support execution
- Drive new procedure adoption through field training, tools development, and direct physician stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years commercial marketing, product management, sales, or consulting experience
- Product launch or procedural launch experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated downstream marketing strategy development and execution ownership
- Strong cross-functional and field stakeholder influence and leadership presence
- Advanced analytical, storytelling, and executive communication capabilities
- Medical device, healthcare, or Structural Heart industry experience preferred
