Quality Inspector

Quality InspectorIntegrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Inspector to work in the Westlake, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Salary range is $45,000-$55,000. Plus overtime.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.Inspect parts and verify dimensions, surface finish, hardness, and balance using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment, including CMMs.Perform first-piece inspections, capability studies, and production quality checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications.Record inspection results, report quality issues, and maintain accurate documentation.Calibrate and operate balancing and inspection equipment.Support training and evaluation of new inspectors.Perform additional quality and customer-related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience operating CMM equipment required.Knowledge of quality inspection methods, measurement tools, calibration, and statistical process control.Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T and coordinate systems.Strong math and problem-solving skills.Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection planning tools.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills in a manufacturing environment.About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS)ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical and Professional positions.
