Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in the Intermediate Care Unit. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate nursing interventions. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care. Candidates should possess strong communication and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to handle diverse patient populations is required. The role involves monitoring patient conditions and administering medications as prescribed. The RN will also educate patients and their families about ongoing care and health maintenance. A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards is essential. Successful candidates will participate in continuing education and training as necessary.
