Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• CPR certification or BLS certification from an approved vendor: Required
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field
• Current BLS certification
• Current nursing license per the state of assignment
• EPIC experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
