About Tudelü:
Tudelü is a fast-moving, multi-venture company based in Little Ferry, NJ, building products for retail and B2B markets and constantly pushing the limits of what AI can do across our operations.

The Role:
We're hiring a full-time Entry-Level Developer to spearhead a brand-new project: building an AI-powered system that recruits salespeople end-to-end. You'll design, build, and maintain this system, conduct screening interviews, and automate roughly 95% of our hiring process. This is a high-ownership role with a ton of room to grow — you'll be the technical lead on a system that directly impacts how Tudelü scales its sales org.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain an AI-driven recruiting platform that sources, screens, and qualifies sales candidates
- Conduct and refine AI-led screening interviews
- Automate ~95% of the hiring workflow (outreach, scheduling, evaluation, follow-up)
- Integrate APIs (OpenAI, applicant tracking systems, email, CRMs) into a cohesive pipeline
- Continuously improve candidate quality and throughput through data and feedback loops
- Collaborate directly with leadership and contribute ideas, not just code

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (required)
- Strong people skills — you can talk to candidates, teammates, and leadership with confidence and warmth
- Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding) as part of your daily workflow
- Solid foundation in modern programming (JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Entry-level experience is welcome — internships, personal projects, and a strong portfolio count
- Self-starter who can own a project from blank page to production

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Little Ferry, NJ (on-site)
Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 / year
