Location: Milan, OH 44846 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an SAP Receiving Clerk to support plant receiving, warehouse administration, purchasing, inventory, and data entry functions. This role is responsible for daily receiving of raw materials and packing slips, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, assisting with cycle counts, and providing administrative support across warehouse and plant operations.

This is a leave coverage assignment with potential to convert to a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials daily using SAP/BPCS systems.
• Receive packing slips and related documentation using SAP/ELKE systems.
• Support purchasing with purchase order corrections.
• Assist the Regional Controller and Plant Cost Analyst with reporting and documentation.
• Perform weekly and monthly cycle count reporting for raw materials.
• Support GR/IR, Live Link, and IOL audits and resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain files for asphalt cap, recycled waste, raw materials, and related records.
• Conduct physical inventory checks to verify receipts as needed.
• Provide warehouse support to logistics and operations teams.
• Enter maintenance time distribution cards into BPCS/ELKE.
• Review daily raw material logs against receipts.
• Order office supplies and manage inbound/outbound mail.
• Answer phones and communicate with plant personnel and vendors.
• Assist with hourly payroll when needed.
• Participate in safety, process improvement, and 5S activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP, ELKE, or BPCS systems is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Strong data entry, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with vendors and internal employees.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic math skills required for inventory and receiving functions.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
