Perform equipment start-up, shut-down and preventive maintenance. Sample and monitor product quality coming off the system, making modifications as needed. Troubleshoot packaging system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur. Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted. Supports the manufacture of personal products through a continuous production operation, requiring an understanding of work methods and procedures as well as various binding machines. Work is typically routine, although some discretion may be allowed. Applies limited knowledge and expertise applicable to specialty for the implementation of predominantly short-term tasks and projects for business needs. Other duties as assigned. Decision Making Mechanical troubleshooting, production/priority decisions relating to maintenance and quality Qualifications Experience / Skills / Abilities Required Minimum 0 - 3 years previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment preferred. Average to above average mechanical ability helpful. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor. Additional Information Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 and up DOE, plus $1.75 hourly shift differential Hours: 2nd shift (Monday- Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30pm) Applications will be accepted until the posted deadline October 22nd, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified.
