As a Lead Gen AI & Data Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative AI solutions and enterprise data integration initiatives. Job Title: Lead Gen AI & Data Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Design and develop intelligent, enterprise‑grade AI agents using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph. Integrate AI agents with enterprise Systems of Record (SoRs) through building reliable data pipelines, APIs, and connectors. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement AI copilots and AI Agents tailored for various business functions. Create scalable Python‑based services to support agent workflows, including RAG, tool calling, and structured outputs. Engineer data ingestion and transformation pipelines, ensuring high‑quality, governed data access for AI applications. What's Needed? At least 5+ years of experience in Gen AI, AI Data Engineering, or related roles. Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Python development. Hands‑on experience building agentic AI solutions using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph. Strong data engineering skills, including building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources.
