El Encanto Mexican Restaurants in Cave Creek, Arizona is actively seeking a creative and ambitious full-time Front of House Manager. This leader will be responsible for all restaurant operations. This Front of House Manager position earns a competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000/year, dependent on prior experience plus generous quarterly bonuses.

The original El Encanto Restaurant and Cantina opened in 1989 in the center of Cave Creek, Arizona. Its success allowed us to expand the Sights, Sounds, and Tastes of Mexico to two additional locations and we're growing. We are well known for our authentic Mexican cuisine and enchanting old-world Mexican settings. All of the Mexican cuisine at El Encanto is authentic and handmade, from the freshest ingredients, and is considered by many to be the best Mexican food in the Valley. Our focus is always on improving consistency and enhancing the level of service.
