Product Line Coordinator

The Product Line Coordinator role is an opportunity to support the execution of seasonal product assortments for an iconic American brand through strong organization, communication, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for coordinating seasonal product set-up information and costing while ensuring data integrity across multiple systems and tools. The Product Line Coordinator will prioritize and communicate updates related to wholesale/MSRP pricing, assortment changes, and style information to internal and external partners. This position also supports product costing and margin needs with product teams throughout the product creation cycle. What You’ll Do Establish and execute multi-season calendar timelines that facilitate on-time development, sampling, and production delivery of assigned merchandise. Create and coordinate seasonal product masters detailing information required for product set-up and costing. Implement changes to seasonal product masters, communicate updates, and prepare and manage seasonal product costing worksheets and reports. Determine and communicate seasonal target product costing in partnership with Merchandising and vendors. Balance multiple seasons with changing priorities and deadlines. Coordinate and manage seasonal sample requests in partnership with Product Development; communicate status updates and tracking information to relevant stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrates strong communication skills and partners effectively across teams to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and support successful end-to-end execution. Prioritization & Problem Solving: Operates with strong prioritization, urgency, and critical thinking to independently manage workload, resolve issues, and execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ensures accurate and timely communication across cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, Logistics, Account Services, and Warehousing. Proactively shares information with internal partners and communicates opportunities, risks, and key observations to support informed business decisions. Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. Growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement. Passion for quality product and appreciation for Pendleton’s history, values, and commitment to craftsmanship. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced business environment with strong proficiency in data management, systems navigation, and operational processes. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decision-making. Experience within the apparel, textile, or consumer goods industry preferred. Working knowledge of wholesale, retail, inventory, planning, or order management systems preferred. Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
