Job Overview The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business. This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts. Minimum Qualifications 0 – 2 years of experience P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
