If you are a highly motivated, compassionate individual who is looking for a career change, we would love an opportunity to speak with you.Job DescriptionThe Care Coordinator builds relationships; closely working with clients and nursing staff to build strong working bonds.Consistently provides excellent customer service to our patients and familiesUnderstands the staffing needs of each client; schedules and staffs nurses to clients based on client's needs and preferences.Recruits nurses using different job boards and recruitment toolsManages patient and employee schedulesDevelops a close working relationship with the clinical teamEnsures that our staff are utilized as best as possible in meeting our company's staffing utilization goalsOther duties as assignedQualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct sales and customer service callsHighly effective communication skills in person, over the phone or via emailComputer literate with the ability to learn a variety of software toolsProactive attitude that is solution orientedAbility to remain calm and perform in a fast- paced work environmentSuperior organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskBachelor's degree or relevant industry experience requiredFluency in English required, bilingual preferredAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour- DOEBenefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Prime Providers
