CNAWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a Senior Living Community located in Steamboat Springs, CO. This position involves providing essential care to residents while adhering to our resident-centered care model.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and support for residents, including assistance with bathing and daily activities.Support residents in maintaining their individual routines and preferences.Ensure clinical standards are met while prioritizing resident choice and comfort.Maintain clear and accurate documentation using the Point Click Care (PCC) charting system.Work Schedule36-hour workweek, with responsibilities during the night shift.Potential for overtime, although not guaranteed.Available shifts may vary; anticipated CNA to patient ratio of 1:12-15 depending on the shift.EnvironmentSenior Living Community encompasses both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing environments.Environment includes the presence of dogs within the building.Travelers should be comfortable driving in mountainous and winter conditions.RequirementsCNA certification required; QMAP certification is not necessary for this position.Must be committed to providing quality resident care and support.Flexibility to adapt to the needs of residents and changing schedules.If you are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and want to be part of a supportive community, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
