Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position with a schedule of 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), including every other weekend and holidays.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position requires strong clinical skills, a dedication to patient safety, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. The RN will manage a patient ratio of 4 to 1 during both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer medications, including IV vasopressors and care of ventilated patients.
• Implement isolation precautions and conduct triage as necessary.
• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
• Utilize Cerner for accurate charting and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS are mandatory.
• Current Pennsylvania nursing license or compact license in hand.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
