Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, customized to each client's unique needs, fostering their personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, ensuring they receive continuous support throughout their treatment journey.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients preferring virtual sessions or those facing accessibility challenges, thereby expanding our reach to those in need.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards and reflecting our commitment to professionalism and quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a private practice or outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
• Specialization in trauma-informed care or other relevant therapeutic modalities is a plus.
