Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Unit

Location: Gallatin, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The role involves providing quality healthcare to patients of all ages, focusing on Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care, including IV insertion and medication management.
Monitor patient conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active RN License in Tennessee.
ACLS and BLS certification.
Experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care (1+ years preferred).
Must pass state-specific checks, including the Tennessee Abuse Registry check.
