This 48-hour travel assignment involves providing expert care on a stepdown unit with 16-20 beds and a manageable 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. You'll encounter a variety of complex medical conditions, including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. The experience you gain here will prepare you for excellence in any acute care setting.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in stepdown or critical care
• Active RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
