A Day in the Life
- Sets up and stocks cafeteria using FIFO, monitors quality of food & assure enough food & paper stock available.
- Responsible for brewing coffee, and keeping a good stock of beverages.
- Serves & replenishes hot food in cafeteria, including monitoring temperatures and quality of food. Areas include breakfast, lunch & dinner service.
- Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment.
- Interacts with customers/patients throughout the day/evening. Helps answer questions about food, ingredients & special needs.
- Knowledgably about the food they are serving, including suggestive selling
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What’s Preferred:
