Job Full Description

Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to join a growing production team. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire after 90 days and offers overtime opportunities for those looking to increase their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions
Gather necessary materials and tools to complete assemblies efficiently
Tape and assemble wire harnesses according to specifications
Perform functional and continuity testing on wire harnesses and cable assemblies
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of completed products
Operate semi-automatic equipment, including:
- Crimp presses
- Wire twisters
- Wire strippers
Maintain quality standards and production efficiency throughout the process

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks accurately
Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures
Good attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the majority of the workday
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision
