Key Responsibilities:
- Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions
- Gather necessary materials and tools to complete assemblies efficiently
- Tape and assemble wire harnesses according to specifications
- Perform functional and continuity testing on wire harnesses and cable assemblies
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of completed products
- Operate semi-automatic equipment, including:
- Crimp presses
- Wire twisters
- Wire strippers
- Maintain quality standards and production efficiency throughout the process
- Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks accurately
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for the majority of the workday
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision
- 8 Paid Holidays
- Vacation accrual program:
- Up to 5 days in the first year
- 10 days in the second year
