Job Summary — Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Dallas Office, South Central region

Reports To: Senior Manager

Level: Entry/Junior (1–3+ yrs; strong new grads with internship/co-op experience welcome)

Status: New position (not a replacement); approved by EVP/RMD

Compensation: TBD

Key Responsibilities

●     Lead new product launches from kickoff through mass production

●     Develop and standardize scalable production processes

●     Maintain manufacturing standards (costing, pallet, packaging, nailing, gluing) and partner with product design on manufacturability

●     Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement efforts; support new equipment and digitalization projects

●     Support ISO 9001/14001 compliance and internal audits

Required Skills

●     Technical documentation creation/management

●     CAD modeling (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 2D/3D)

●     Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma exposure (coursework, internship, or on-the-job)

●     Willingness to learn ERP and manufacturing documentation tools

●     Nice-to-have: CNC/water jet/laser experience

Education

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related); PMP is a plus, not required.
