Responsibilities include:
Handling customer service inquiries from agents and clients via incoming calls and email
Processing requests with multiple insurance carriers
Assisting with communications between insurance carriers to ensure application accuracy and issuance
Data entry
Prior experience is NOT REQUIRED for this entry-level position. All training is provided by our home office
team upon hire. Pay is dependent on experience.
