Responsibilities include: - Assist with meal service

Conduct detailed cleaning of kitchen
Serve on tray line
Monitor food safety procedures and equipment cleanliness
Maintain adequate dietary supply levels
Clean trays, dishware, and dishes
All other duties as assigned
