Commercial Plumbing Superintendent

H&G Systems | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Starting at $45+/Hour | Full-Time, Year-Round

Lead commercial plumbing operations across multiple projects with a respected DFW mechanical contractor since 1968. Oversee plumbing execution on data centers, healthcare facilities, schools, and large commercial builds throughout North Texas.

What You'll Do

Oversee plumbing operations across multiple commercial construction projects
Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and project execution
Review drawings, specs, submittals, and installation requirements
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, fuel gas codes, and safety standards
Mentor foremen and field crews, supporting workforce development
Coordinate with project managers and senior leadership on planning and operations

What You Need

Active Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (required)
7+ years commercial plumbing experience
3+ years leadership experience as foreman, assistant superintendent, or similar
Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fuel gas systems
Ability to read blueprints, specs, and submittals
Valid driver's license, insurable record
