Behavioral Health Technician

What You’ll Do As a Behavioral Health Technician, you’ll be a key part of a supportive team helping adult women in a residential treatment environment: Maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment Support clients with daily living skills (hygiene, meals, medications, etc.) Lead or assist with therapeutic and recreational groups Teach emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy habits Document observations and interventions accurately Perform safety checks (rooms, belongings, and grounds) Provide client transportation as needed Assist during behavioral crises and follow emergency protocols Track and distribute medications under agency policies Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED/HSE Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver’s License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must also meet CCC’s Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation. Note: The Class E is just a written required computer test. No Driving Test has to be taken for the Class E.
