Maintenance Technician

Ruby Hospitality is looking for a maintenance technician for our Restaurants and Banquet facilites downtown.

Responsibilities:

• Removing trash from enclosure and walking property to pick up trash and debris.
• Minor HVAC maintenance and basic diagnostic work and ptac (packaged terminal air conditioner or ductless heating/cooling equipment) repair or installation. (Training included.)
• Snow and Ice removal with snow blower and/or snow shovel and application of ice melt.
• Minor Painting (Training available)
• Minor Plumbing (Training available).
• Electronic and standard door lock repair and programming (Training available)
• Electronic door key programming (Training available)
• Routine Equipment Maintenance (pressure washer, snow blower, chainsaw, etc.) (Training available)

· Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to perform after training the following:

·Reliable work attendance.

· Ability to multi-task, follow through and prioritize to meet deadlines.

· Be professional, courteous, and tactful with all guests and co-workers.

· Ability to read, write and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

· One (1) year work experience in any field.
