Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Floor Technician.
Floor Technician Job Details
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
Pay Rate : $19.00/hr
Location : Florence, KY
Floor Technician Requirements/Qualifications

• Profile sheet and interview required.
  
• 2+ years of floor care experience required.
  
• Must have good work history.
  
• Must know how to strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors.
  
• Experience using commercial floor care equipment required.
  
• Ability to use floor buffers, burnishers, rider scrubbers, auto-scrubbers, carpet spotters, and carpet extractors.
  
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  
• Ability to perform physically demanding work requiring energy and endurance.
  
• Must be willing to work weekends and overtime when required.
  

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
  
• Operate commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines.
  
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
  
• Spot clean and shampoo carpets as directed.
  
• Strip and refinish VCT flooring.
  
• Extract carpets and perform carpet care.
  
• Top scrub and recoat VCT flooring.
  
• Operate rider scrubbers in plant areas.
  
• Monitor and report maintenance concerns to supervisors.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
