CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

11:00PM to7:00AM Sunday Through Thursday Responsibilities Use CNC machine to insert hardware in sheet metal; Join metal sheets together with spot welding machine; Set up, clean and maintain tooling; Check parts produced for dimensional accuracy; Produce the maximum number of parts in minimum time by working efficiently; Material handling using forklift or pallet jack, and by hand; Count and stack finished parts; Deburr parts; Monitor quality during production; Other tasks as required; Follow company procedures and safety rules. Requirements Be comfortable using a computer to operate equipment; Have excellent attendance and dependability; Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers as needed; Be able to lift up to 75 lbs; Be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Preferred Skills Have experience setting up and operating CNC manufacturing equipment; Be able to read basic blueprints; Be able to use calipers and other precision measuring tools.
