Summary Manage a branded beauty counter delivering personalized makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product recommendations while driving sales in a commissioned environment. Coach and collaborate with teammates, maintain strong vendor relationships, and execute events and promotions to meet and exceed counter goals. Leverage in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media, to build customer loyalty and a following. Responsibilities Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customer needs. Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools. Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain vendor partnerships to maximize results. Provide excellent customer service, proactively handle customer concerns, and build customer loyalty by opening rewards accounts. Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation. Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately. Requirements Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends. Strong ability to connect with customers, provide empathetic service, and contribute to a positive team environment. Drive to achieve sales goals and experience or comfort selling on commission; familiarity with digital and social selling preferred. Excellent multitasking, organization, communication, and follow-through skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs. High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
