Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

Summary: This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Cardiac Cath Lab , providing professional bedside nursing care within an assigned unit. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety, and discharge planning domains; developing individualized care plans based on patient assessments and data analysis; implementing and evaluating nursing and medical orders; acting as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct healthcare staff; participating in hourly rounding and ensuring safety compliance; potentially serving as shift supervisor when needed; and performing other assigned hospital tasks. Qualifications and skills include an accredited nursing degree, current RN license in Arizona, CPR, and ACLS certifications; effective interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills; preferred BSN and some experience in acute care or specialty certifications.
