Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who also has experience with front office responsibilities. This dual‑role position is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative work, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms. Take digital X‑rays and impressions. Ensure patient comfort and provide a reassuring experience for children. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care. Front Office Duties Greet patients and families in a warm, welcoming manner. Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar. Verify insurance and assist with billing and treatment estimates. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. X‑ray certification (as required by state). CPR/BLS certification. Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred. Prior front office or dental reception experience required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Friendly, patient, and team‑oriented attitude.
