- Lead day-to-day practice operations to ensure exceptional client service and high-quality patient care
- Oversee HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
- Build efficient schedules that align with patient flow and labor budgets; foster a positive, inclusive team culture
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, P&L oversight, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable
- Elevate the client experience through service standards, timely follow-up, and proactive reputation management
- Direct operational workflows: inventory, equipment maintenance, facilities, and policy implementation
- Drive marketing initiatives: social media, website content, promotions, and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, workplace safety, OSHA protocols, and accurate medical recordkeeping
- Champion technology adoption and staff training; coordinate with IT support as needed
- Full-time position; may include some evening or weekend coverage based on practice needs Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience, ideally in veterinary or healthcare settings
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and operational KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the United States
