Bilingual HR Generalist: Payroll, Relations & Talent
San Diego SHRM
AEG is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee employee relations, payroll, and talent acquisition support. You will provide guidance on policy, interpret HR practices, and partner with managers to resolve issues while developing HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision. Responsibilities include leading investigations, training managers, auditing payroll, and supporting scheduling and leave processes.
