Press Brake OperatorEssential Skills3–5 years of prior experience running a brake press, CNC, laser, or other heavy machinery in a metal fabrication environment.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and job routing instructions.Ability to select and use proper tooling for press brake operations.Experience working with sheet metal in a production or fabrication setting.Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues on press brakes and related equipment.Familiarity with essential fabrication tools, including angle grinders, squares, scales, and calipers.Strong measurement and mathematical skills, including metric–imperial conversions.Good problem-solving skills and consistent attention to quality and detail.Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day and safely lift at least 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads.Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC equipment in a metal fabrication environment.Experience with TIG welding in a production or fabrication setting.Ability to set up press brake machines (not required but considered a plus).Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of YORK, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
