What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most while building lasting customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting prospective customers and following up with leads
• Learning about clients' insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
• Explaining insurance products, coverages, and policy benefits in a clear and professional manner
• Assisting customers through the quoting and policy application process
• Providing outstanding customer service before and after the sale
• Building long-term relationships through regular follow-up and account reviews
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work on-site in the St. Louis, Missouri area
• Willingness to obtain the required Missouri insurance license (if not currently licensed)
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
• Previous experience making outbound calls or working toward performance goals
• Active Missouri Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license
