Role Description The Counselor is responsible for providing direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care with other providers as needed. The Counselor will also provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and ongoing support that promotes personal empowerment and healthy coping strategies. This is a contract role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Mayfield Heights, OH, allowing some work-from-home flexibility while maintaining required in-person client sessions and team meetings. Qualifications Licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, or related behavioral health professional (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT) in the state of Ohio. Demonstrated experience providing counseling or therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults, including work with mood disorders, chemical dependency, and family systems. Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning, with the ability to tailor interventions to individual and family needs. Proficiency in maintaining clear, timely clinical documentation and complying with ethical, legal, and organizational standards of care. Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental practice. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage a varied caseload, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution; relevant clinical supervision or certification is a plus. Experience with telehealth platforms and basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and client communication is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
