Based on the specific needs and job requirements, this role will be working out of our Bombas HQ in New York City. About the Job: We are looking for a razor‑sharp, team‑player to join our Merchandising team as our Sr. Merchandising Associate. This role reports directly to our Merchandising Manager, and supports our Intimates and Apparel departments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role. As a Sr. Merchandising Associate, you will work cross functionally with Design, Sourcing, and Planning teams to drive the future product strategy for our growing business. This position will also coordinate with other cross functional partners such as Site Merchandising, Creative, and Marketing teams to make sure the product comes to life across all touch points. What you’ll be responsible for: Own ideation and execution of all seasonal Line Plans for our Intimates and Apparel departments including high level strategy, product assortment & forecasting Own assortment end to end for Intimates and Apparel including all doc maintenance and assortment change communication with support of Merchandising Assistant Lead Weekly Cross-Functional Team meetings for your department Analyze and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting for assigned departments ; translate data into clear insights, identify key drivers, and recommend actionable next steps. What you’ll bring: 3-5+ years of experience in retail buying and/or merchandising, preferred Experience in Intimates and/or Apparel a plus Working knowledge of retail financial measurements Working experience with Design and Sourcing teams G‑Suite and Excel proficient Strong product sensibility Bombas is committed to delivering competitive and equitable pay for our employees. The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $85,000/year . However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need. The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well‑being benefits.
