Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Assistant Director of Nursing - Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community $95,000-$100,000/year, based on experience. Full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-call and holiday rotation. Lead nursing operations at a full-continuum campus where your decisions directly shape resident care. Tudor Oaks is a continuing care retirement community in Muskego, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing on one 110-acre campus. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work alongside the Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and guide the nursing team across the health center. What you'll do Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and administrative operations Help ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for residents Assist with planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services Maintain compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and care standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes Lead by example on safety, accountability, and compassionate care What you'll need Required: Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a senior living or skilled nursing setting Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Preferred: Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills in a multi-level care setting Pay and benefits $95,000-$100,000/year, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with discretionary employer match Life and AD&D insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Accident and critical illness insurance Employee Assistance Program Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with on-call and holiday rotation required.
