Low-Voltage Technician

Pay Rate: $20-24HR

Shift: Day, M-F, 45HR/week

Location: Onsite in Spartanburg, SC

Duration: 3-month Contract to Hire

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in low-voltage commercial installation experience
- Knowledge of industry-standard copper and fiber color codes and termination methods.
- OSHA10 Certification or willing to complete before starting
- High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Mission-critical experience
- Lead or supervisory technician experience

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Cable Technicians to support a communications infrastructure client on a mission-critical project in the Spartanburg, SC area. Technicians install low-voltage cabling systems, terminate devices, set equipment for electronic and communication systems, and perform testing and troubleshooting under the direction of the Lead Technician and Foreman. Technicians interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure installations are safe, accurate, and compliant with industry, company, and local code standards. Company Description

-\tFlexible scheduling (generally ~7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, but adaptable)
-\tExpect long hours and high workload, especially as production ramps
-\tWeekend work may be required as operations scale
