Compensation

$25.00 - $40.00+ per hour (uncapped commission)
Top performers earn $50+ per hour

What You'll Do as an HVAC Installer

Install HVAC equipment in compliance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Pre-measure job sites to ensure proper preparation for installations
Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance

What You'll Bring

2-5 years of HVAC lead installation experience (required)
HVAC degree or equivalent experience
Strong customer service skills
Valid driver's license
