Now hiring: Experienced Toyota Service Advisor Are you an experienced automotive service advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are a growing Toyota dealership with a strong, employee-focused culture, and we're looking for a professional who is committed to providing an outstanding ownership experience while building long-term customer relationships. We are seeking a service advisor with a minimum of 3 years of dealership experience. Toyota dealership experience is strongly preferred. What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of automotive dealership service advisor experience Toyota dealership experience preferred Proven history of achieving strong CSI (customer satisfaction index) scores Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to accurately recommend maintenance and repairs while earning customer trust Experience managing a high-volume service drive Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to teamwork Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty and maintenance programs What You'll Do Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery Maintain and exceed Toyota CSI expectations Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Communicate clearly with customers and technicians throughout the repair process Help achieve department sales, retention, and operational goals Follow dealership processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency What We Offer Competitive pay plan with performance incentives Opportunity to earn based on production, customer retention, and CSI performance Ongoing Toyota training and professional development A positive, supportive dealership culture that values teamwork and accountability Modern facilities and the tools needed to succeed Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and retirement plan (where applicable) Pay range $60,000- $120,000 a year If you are a motivated, customer-focused service advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding Toyota ownership experiences, we'd like to meet you.
