Outbound – Team members will perform outbound calls to enroll individuals into the food box program or reauthorize them. The role may require travel to New York City for a training session; travel is company‑arranged and covered. Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to enroll or reauthorize individuals into the food box program. Demonstrate passion for helping members make decisions that enhance their healthcare experience. Make a positive difference in members’ lives. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding). Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstration of caring and compassion. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports. Must be able to travel to New York City once for a four‑hour training; travel is company‑arranged and covered; candidates must be able to travel by air. Compensation & Benefits The wage for the Healthcare CSR role is $15.50 per hour.
