- Welcome clients, build connections, and provide a 5-star experience.
- Confidently meet membership, gift card, and upgrade sales goals.
- Share service and promotion details with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain knowledge of spa services and menu offerings.
- Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client files.
- Help uphold spa cleanliness and organization.
- Support team operations with various front desk responsibilities.
- Base pay + commissions on memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades. (Our 2025 average hourly rate is $15.84, with top associates earning up to $20/hr.)
