Caseload specifics will be determined according to your expertise, supporting a diverse range of student needs. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working with K-12 student populations in schools preferred
• Skilled in implementing and troubleshooting assistive listening devices and technologies
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively with other educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver direct therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Integrate assistive listening technology into therapy plans
• Maintain accurate, timely records, reports, and documentation according to school and state guidelines
