• Join an established group of 2 ENTs, 1 APP, 1 Audiologist, 1 Audiology Tech

• On-site Audiology and testing available along with experienced support staff
\n
• First assist surgical support
\n
• Mentorship Available
\n
• Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. -12 p.m.
\n
• Flexible scheduling model: 2.5 days outpatient vs. 2 days OR
\n
• Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day.
\n
• Providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding‚Äîleading to better work-life balance and revenue.

• Light Call: 5 days/month

• Expected patient load: 20 patients/day
\n
• Well-stocked modern OR with (4K endoscopes, stealth navigation, NIM vital)
