Leading complex collection strategies, the full-time salaried Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the collections team, focusing on insurance carriers and high-touch accounts, while driving cash recovery and optimizing processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead complex collection processes across multiple business units with an emphasis on insurance-related receivables and escalated collection matters Oversee day-to-day operations of the collections team, ensuring consistent follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash recovery and reduce delinquency across assigned portfolios Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive collections or accounts receivable experience, including management of complex or high-volume portfolios 2+ years of leadership experience managing collection staff and driving team performance Strong experience managing complex collection processes within the insurance industry Demonstrated ability to develop collection strategies and improve aging performance
