Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology units.
• Utilize EPIC for efficient patient charting and documentation.
• Work within a Level 1 Trauma environment, delivering acute care to patients.
• Collaborate effectively with travel teams and adhere to unit-specific protocols.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:3 in Stepdown and 1:6 in Medsurg/Tele units.
• Adhere to royal blue scrub uniform policy and ensure compliance with all certifications and licenses.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• AHA BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred with a focus on acute care settings.
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments with diverse medical needs.
• Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility.
