We are assisting a client in the dynamic and sunny region of Southern California in their search for a Physical Therapist to join their growing team. This hospital-based outpatient clinic is committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment while prioritizing exceptional patient care. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for home-based care.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical and functional limitations.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Current license in the state of California
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
• Current CPR certification and BLS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills
